Scott is a hard-worker, excellent and professional attorney. My case was a little complicated only because I had someone coming for me who was trying to manipulate the legal system with their "limited" knowledge of the law, I believe the DA's office caught on to the manipulation as well. Scott dived in got my case dismissed. He took a lot of stress off my back, had I not had an attorney the person possibly could have gotten away with what they were trying to do to me. Scott is an absolute treasure.  He's down to earth, listens, empathizes, and has a sense of humor to help you get through the problem. He was able to work with the prosecutor to get my case dismissed. I absolutely recommend Scott. His assistant is also on point. EXCELLENT attorney. I was accused and charged with harassment by an individual abusing the legal system filing false cases on people as a revenge tactic. After hiring Scott and speaking with him over the phone about the case, he instantly went to work and began filing motions. The case was extremely messy and complicated but Scott did not back down and was able to meet with the DA and provide the evidence needed to have my case dismissed before it even reached the arraignment. Scott always returned phone calls promptly and was excellent at communicating. His office staff is also excellent as well. All around an excellent attorney.
